PAAS Adjudication Information
Hello Everyone!
Here is the music that students need to have prepared for the adjudication which is March 16th , 2019. Specific times were sent to you by the school board office.
The adjudication process looks like this...
1. A vocal warm up, imitating what the instructor/assessor do.
2. ALL STUDENTS will sing "My Country Tis of Thee" which also goes by the name "America." Only the first verse is required.
3. Students will sing their selected song, with the accompaniment that is on this webpage.
4. Students will be asked to differentiate pitches on the piano by responding to the questions "Which is higher?" and "Which is Lower?"
5. Some rhythm exercises will be completed between the instructor/assessor and the student.
6. A few questions will be asked regarding their interest and passion in music.

The quarter notes, eighth notes, and quarter rest should be selected.
